How to use:
Chew on a pea-sized portion to help with indigestion and stomach pain.
Or
Boil 1 cup of water, then add 1/4 or 1/2 tsp of Vasambu powder and mix. Add palm candy crystals or palm sugar for sweetness (optional). Let it steep for 5-10 minutes and strain (optional).
Or
Rub the root on a stone with water to form a paste. Then put the paste on a baby's tongue to help with speech.
Or
Place a small piece of the root in rice or grains that are prone to bugs to prevent bugs.
